For Purchasers

2.5% on all properties over e90,000

properties that fall below that value will have a fixed fee of e2500
subject to negotiation


all fees will be invoiced and vat charged

For those wishing to sell a property with us the following is required.

act of provenace
land and building cadastral plans
cadastral certifcates
possible building permisions
possible "in sanatoria" permisions

no oral commisions to sell will be taken
