Thanks to all of you that have contacted us about the news letter and we are aiming to get one out to all as soon as poss

 

Lots of stories around at the moment regarding difficult purchases, one person bought a house designated as a commercial building and is having difficulty getting that changed, another was sold a non registered property and is finding out this is to be pulled down.

 

Another favorite twist is the cheap property with a rebuild cost quoted at half of what it will arrive at. Many of you understand building works and would not get caught out in this way but it is a common method used to sell cheap property with promises of finished houses at very low quotes. People using this approach generalley think that once someone has spent fifty thousand they will spend the other fifty rather than loose everything. It works. So check carefully whats being quoted to you.

 

Abruzzo in certain areas of the property market is building a less than happy reputation in this sense so if you are not sure take advice.
